Literature Text

Looking into the eyes of stars, I see only dust.

Winds of generations past force the grey to blind the cosmos.

I stroke the pale cheek of the Sun; my finger tips scratch the cold from it's surface.

The sky throbs around the Earth, regret taking shelter in the clouds.

Sensations of longing towards an uninhabited forest overtake me.

Guilt and second thoughts alter my perception of the Universe.

The ocean falls into the sea, creating a lapse of judgement in the mind of space.

Let me feel you, great emptiness- let me caress your nothingness with my all.

Lowly reminders of godliness tire me.

Anticipations of summers are short lived, as autumn rain is tainted by leather.

Brick is left for anyone and everyone who so desires it; a cruel joke in the eyes of paint.

The giddiness of smoke brings an overly complex smile to the lips of simplicity.

Galaxies comprised of the essence of pure luck collapse upon themselves.

Law has no sway over the intentions of brass; one must always fear the ideas of hair when

joined with thoughts of skin.

Time envelops my being.

Dust falls slowly from the stars; dancing lights of passion now shimmer in the evening.
The words upon my lips contain no meaning; the words I communicate to you through my eyes detail the beginning of time.

I love the premise, its solid and echoes clear, although the timing might be a little off at times but not enough to distract. The imagery is fantastic, I can see glimpses of galaxies swirling  in the depths of black chaos.
